This should be a copy of a proper license, but isn't yet.

My intent is to release this code under the freest license that is allowed
by the libraries I have included.  I assume this is the BSD license, perhaps
GPL -- when I find out for sure I will update this.  Until then, feel free
to investigate the issue yourself and assume the appropriate license.
